Biography

He organized training of specialists, compensating equipment for children with cerebral palsy, counseling children with paralysis, hospitals, polyclinics, specialist. kindergartens, centers. He formed rehabilitation teams in many children's health care institutions, provided them with methodological materials, taught parents of patients. 1996-2000 was the organizer and the leader of the 1st international seminar "Neuromotoric Development Therapy" (Bobath) for Lithuanian specialists in Druskininkai "Saulute". After the seminar, neuro-motor development therapy was introduced in Lithuania. At conferences, reports on the treatment options for children with cerebral palsy, child rehabilitation, adaptation of compensatory equipment, rehabilitation of speech and mental disorders, and referring to master's work on pediatric cerebral palsy treatment issues. A long-term member of the Board of the Rehabilitation Association (until 2013) addressing children's rehabilitation issues, participated in working groups for the first and subsequent SAM ministerial orders on rehabilitation, a member of the Children's Neurology Association. Awarded to the SAM Minister for Thanksgiving. The author of two publications, "Let the child know the world" and "Children with cerebral palsy".
