Biography

R_VankevicieneDoctor of Medicine, associate professor at the Clinic of Children's Diseases at the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University 1992 Graduated from the Vilnius University Children's Diseases Residency, 1993-1994. - Children's Cardiology Residency, since 2002 works at VU Children's Hospital. Graduated from the Department of Children's Cardiology, Berlin Charite Hospital in Germany. 2002 He defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Fetal heart ultrasound parameters in norm and pathology". He has written 11 scientific articles, a teaching book "Perinatal Echocardiography", is a co-author of the books "Clinical Echocardiography" and "Pediatric Guide". The only children's cardiologist in Lithuania, diagnosing heart pathology before childbirth. Secretary of the Lithuanian Pediatric Society and Secretary of the Vilnius Pediatric Society, member of the Lithuanian Children's Cardiology Society. Constantly attending, reading reports at various cardiologist and pediatrician conferences.
