Investigation of technology conditions of the preparation and physical properties of some superionic ceramics The preparation conditions of Li+ and v conducted solid electrolyte ceramics and investigation peculiarities of the ionic transport in the frequency range from 1 Hz to 10 GHz in the temperature interval (300–1000)K. For preparation of v conducted ceramic powder with different BET will be used. Investigation of the relationship between technological conditions of the preparation of the ceramics and their electrical properties. Investigation of the anode/electrolyte/cathode interfaces electrical properties.
