Faculty of Physics, Vilnius University , specialist in theoretical physics. 1974 - 1977 Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology , quantum optics spec. 1977 Graduation of the Institute with honors 1977 - 1980 Postgraduate studies at the Lithuanian Institute of Physics 1980 Trained physiotherapist m heel Dissertation thesis: "Quantum jumps between close and degenerate levels during collisions of slow atoms"; led by prof. L. Presnyakov, FIAN , Moscow 1994 The dissertation "The Rydberg Atoms Dispersion, Dynamic and Kinetic Properties" was completed.
Research Interest
theoretical physics, physics of strongly excited (Rydberg) atoms, dynamics of nonlinear systems, quantum chaos problem, quantum mechanics problem measurement, kinetic and diffusion processes, 1 / f noise and fluctuation theory and modeling.
