Professor (2009) Habilitated Doctor of Social Sciences. Habilitation Procedure in Social Sciences Management and Administration. The habilitation procedure, the subject of the doctoral dissertation on Higher Education, is enriched: "Decision support system in the processes of sustainable development management and administration" (2004). Associate professor (2000) Doctor of Mathematics (01 P), Informatics (09 P). Dissertation thesis: "Application of e-networks for the conceptual model of problem-oriented information systems supporting decision-support systems" (1995).
