Vilnius Minties Secondary School. 1996 I participated in the International Young Physics Olympiad. Awarded the letter of congratulations. 1996-2000 Bachelor studies at the Faculty of Physics at Vilnius University . 2000 - 2002 Master's studies at the Faculty of Physics, Vilnius University . Study program: Theoretical physics and astrophysics. 2000 - Scientific work at the Institute of Theoretical Physics and Astronomy at Vilnius University . 2002 Lithuanian Academy of Sciences prize for student's scientific work. 2002 - Doctoral studies at the Institute of Theoretical Physics and Astronomy of Vilnius University . 20.09.2004 - 02.10.2004 COST P10 Summer School physics in warsaw 2004
Research Interest
quantum Zenon and anti-Zenon effects; Tunneling duration problem; measurement problem in quantum theory; 1 / f noise theory and modeling. I am also interested in quantum information theory, quantum optics, and philosophical aspects of quantum mechanics.
