Biography
Lasse Monsted is the Chief Organizational Development Officer of Alvogen. He is responsible for the structure, strategy and human resources needed for a fast-growing organization. Prior to joining Alvogen, Lasse was at Valcon where he worked for several leading pharmaceuticals, including Teva, Novo Nordisk and Polpharma. He has also served as Vice President at Novo Nordisk and been a Global Partner at NNE Pharmaplan, working for a number of Pharmaceutical companies around the world. Lasse started his career in PwC and holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. His scope of work at Alvogen includes strategy formulation, structure and process design, performance and synergy tracking, integration and selection of key personnel.
