Centroflora CMS is a manufacturer and distributor of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) globally. The company was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Luxembourg, combining the strengths of its heritage from Brazil’s Centroflora and Switzerland’s CMS Pharma.  Centroflora CMS has acquired manufacturing technology from a leading German pharmaceutical company to produce its portfolio of products and will have the ability to supply the market without interruption. Centroflora CMS delivers APIs to more than 100 pharmaceutical companies across the world, including the United States, Western and Eastern Europe, South America, Asia, Africa and Australia. Led the following major projects: - Assessment, design and implementation of SCHOTT’s global initiative to address the defense/military business resulting in the creation of a new business unit and the grant of a security clearance in the U.S. - Development of SCHOTT’s North America strategy. Effectively re-engaged the management committee to focus on the region and setup of a new regional advisory board. - Restructuring project for a $200M business with seven factories. - Negotiation for the settlement of $14M worth of stock options with a subsidiary. - Acquisition of a $13M business in Mexico and currently driving two additional acquisitions projects. - Modeling the impact of Chinese competition on a SCHOTT core market, leading to a major restructuring project. - Annual corporate planning and budgeting process.
