Biography
Yi's practice mainly focuses on two areas: private equity fund formation and structuring, and banking transactions. He advises a number of PE sponsors in relation to the fund formation, setting-up of acquisition and other structures. Yi also advises major Chinese banks located in Luxembourg in connection with their M&A financing, structured financing and loan trading.
