I have good communication skills including persuasive, training and negotiation skills. An ability to present information to groups of people. Through my education I have knowledge of management techniques including human resources, project management, marketing, advertising and economics. I am able to make judgements involving comparison of a range of options. My working life has given me experience in developing advertising materials, considerable experience of creating ISO standard documents and experience of effectively creating and managing a quality system to ISO standard.
