I am a passionate recruiter working for one of the world's leading logistics providers and I am happy to introduce capable, upbeat individuals who want to make it in the Logistics industry to the dynamic, international and amicable environment I have the pleasure to be part of. As a Recruiter, I am the first point of contact for candidates applying for a position within Kuehne + Nagel in Belgium and Luxembourg. I am responsible for coordination and administration of vacancies from the beginning until the hand-over of phone screened candidates towards our hiring managers. On a continuous basis, we have an average of 30 vacancies spread over more than 10 branches in Belgium and Luxembourg.  Main tasks and responsibilities:  - Attracting applicants by placing job posts to company’s career page, and other online platforms  - Direct sourcing of candidates on LinkedIn and other online platforms - Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualification - Communicating and cooperating with hiring managers on a daily basis in order to find the best  matching candidate profiles and achieve a continuous flow of selection process - Screening of candidates resumes and job applications - Evaluation of applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes - Phone screening of the candidates - Arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules - Trip organization for candidates arriving for an interview outside of BeLux (flight booking and other) - Providing reports and relevant documents to the rest of the BeLux team - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process - Building network and Talent pool  - Constantly working on the improvement and innovation of candidate experience and whole recruitment process
