Biography
Currently, I am characterizing and stratifying malignant low-grade gliomas and glioblastomas with the help of micro-array based Comparative Genomic Hybridisation (aCGH) and Methylation (850K Illumina EPIC), targeted Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) approaches by using samples from human primary tumours and patient-derived murine orthotopic xenografts (PDX).
