Development of a quality control to systematically assess the quality of proteomic workflows, from sample preparation to LC-MS analysis. - Evaluation of high resolution accurate MS for the design of fit-for-purpose methods (exploratory studies, wide-screen analyses, accurate quantification experiments, detection and quantification of PTMs). - Writing scientific publications, activity reports and SOPs, and maintenance of LC-MS instruments.
