Drive the organisational development of the LCSB, including vision, mission, objectives, and focus on internationalisation - Strengthen relationships with the industrial world through business development activities and development of a team dedicated to Innovation and TTO activities - Development of entrepreneurship and innovation within LCSB, support entrepreneurs in their endeavors, and endorsement and support of start-up creation and development within Luxembourg and beyond - Manage LCSB operations: Finance, Communication, Fundraising, HR, Innovation and Tech Transfer, Infrastructure, Legal, Grants Office, etc. - Manage staff of ~40 people PwC - Development of new lines of services on innovation and regional development - Contracts on new clients for > 2.4 M €/year, (EU, Russia, Middle East) - Lead of assignments on management and strategy for universities, university hospitals and research centres (public and private) - Lead of assignments on Pharma companies and foundations: strategy, management, marketing services, competitive intelligence,  BAXTER - European Strategy for oncology: EU market assessment and market researches, business planning for oncology future pipeline - Current oncology portfolio and cytotoxic compounding life cycle management and profit growth strategy Life sciences and Pharma Hospitals and healthcare systems: assignments on bio-clustering and regional development related to healthcare, management and strategy for a large university hospital in France  -Public health clients: competitive intelligence and strategy assignments for a global non profit foundation active in the public health field, with focus on emerging countries -Pharma and Lifesciences clients: assignments for strategy, management, marketing services for IVD and Pharma companies
