Biography
Services for the characterization of therapeutic antibodies, cross-reactivity evaluation and alternative antibody identification. Working in the department of Oncology with the Proteomic team. - Development of the protein array platform : production of forward and reverse phase array, management of the antibody library, validation of new antibodies, SOP writing, providing training for users, data analysis. - Design and executions of experiment for internal and external collaboration : biomarkers discovery in various cancer, signaling pathway analysis, handling human and mouse samples (cells, biopsies, biofluid). - Dissemination of results : reporting, scientific publication, congress presentation, grants application.
