Biography
Dr. William Tift is one of the partners who founded Primary Pediatrics in 1998. He received his bachelor’s degree from Yale University in 1967 and graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1971. He completed two years of residency at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia from 1971-1973 and one year of residency at the Hospital for Sick Children in London from 1973-1974. Dr. Tift is married to Sharon Follette Tift and has three children and eight grandchildren. He enjoys golf, fly fishing, and banjo picking.
