Biography
Feng WAN received his Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering & Material Science from Tianjin University, China & Master's in Control Theory and Engineering from Institute of Industrial Process Control, Zhejiang University. He earned his Ph.D in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
