Biography
Man Hoi LOK, Thomas assistant professor at University of Macau. He rceived his Bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University in 1985 & master from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1987. He earned his Ph.D. from University of California, Berkeley in 1999.
