Biography
Sik Chung TAM received his Bachelor's degree from National Chung-Hsing University Taiwan in 1987 and Ph.D. in Mathematics from University of Missouri-Columbia, United States.
Research Interest
Computational intelligence: neural networks, evolutional optimization. Applications of Mathematics.
