TANG Zikang working as professor at Uiversity of Macau. He received his Bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University and Master's from Chinese Academy of Science.
Research Interest
Nano structured electronic materials, Carbon nanotubes, graphene and 2D materials, ZnO crystal thin films, wide-gap semiconductors and their photo-electronic devices
