Biography
Dr. Duber’s work focuses on health systems development, program monitoring and evaluation, and health determinants of improved outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. Dr. Duber has worked clinically, served in public health roles, and conducted research in numerous countries in Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. For IHME's Impact Evaluations and Monitoring Costs research teams, he leads IHME’s evaluation of health facility performance in the provision of antiretroviral therapy in India, Kenya, Uganda, and Zambia.
