Biography
Tyrone Grandison, PhD is the first Chief Information Officer at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) at the University of Washington. In this role, Ty oversees the infrastructure, data management, data visualization, web development, scientific computing and workforce support functions. He directs and guides the systems that enable and empower the Financial Operations, Research, Organizational Development and Training, Strategy and Operations, Global Engagement and Data Science teams.
