Cristina Mora

Biography

Involved as senior researcher and project leader for Italian and European research projects since 2000. Associate Professor at University of Parma. During her research activity she worked on topics about food marketing, with attention to the food safety standard, quality products, consumers’ willingness to pay for safer food.
