With a background in Chemical distribution and manufacturing, Ian founded Melrob in 1995, focussing on the supply of specialist monomers to the optical, dental and medical device industries. Ian has managed both the growth and geographic expansion of Melrob and his ability to select the right people for the right job has contributed to the continuing success of the Company.
