Biography
Mr Reynolds is an experienced investment, corporate finance and restructuring professional with over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance advisory, investment banking and proprietary investment. He started his career with KPMG in 1990, qualifying as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales. In 1998 Mr Reynolds moved to Singapore and in 1999 joined Deutsche Bank’s Asian debt restructuring advisory team. During this time Mr Reynolds worked on a series of multi-billion dollar debt restructuring mandates across Asia and covering a diverse industry base including banks, airlines, cement, retail and telecoms. From 2003 to 2008 Mr Reynolds was a director with Crosby Capital Partners, an Asian based merchant bank focused on the natural resources sector. During this time he was instrumental in structuring and executing highly leveraged public takeovers targeting upstream oil and gas companies listed on the ASX. In 2008 along with other key members of the natural resources team, Mr Reynolds co-founded Bromius Capital, a specialist natural resources investment and advisory firm based in Singapore. Mr Reynolds is responsible for leading Bromius Capital’s Oil & Gas investment and advisory business.
