Biography
"Prof. Dr. Paul Cheng was appointed to the Board of PeterLabs Holdings Berhad on 1 November 2010. Currently he serves as a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.Prof. Dr. Paul Cheng distinguished himself in practice as an auditor and a tax consultant. He is the founder and currently the senior partner of Cheng & Co, a Chartered Accountants Firm established in 1993.He is also an Adjunct Professor in the University Tun Abdul Razak since February 2011. In addition, he lectures on Mandatory Accreditation Program (MAP) for directors of public listed companies in Malaysia. "
