Biography
Kwek Siew Leng is an Executive Director Was appointed to the Board of Adventa Berhad on 10 May 2004 and is presently an Executive Director of the Company. She is also a member of the Employees Share Option Scheme Committee. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She has senior operation experience in audit and accounting. With more than 11 years experience in public practice she is now responsible for the groups statutory and regulatory reporting, financial planning, budgeting and taxation. She is a director of all of Adventa Berhad's subsidiaries, namely Sun Healthcare (M) Sdn Bhd, Electron Beam Sdn Bhd and Lucenxia (M) Sdn Bhd. She is not a director of any other public company aside from Adventa Berhad.
