Biography
Robert Ryu, M.D., FSIR, is Chief of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at University of Colorado Health as well as a professor of Interventional Radiology. Dr. Ryu’s clinical interests include venous thromboembolic disease and interventional oncology, specifically liver-directed therapies for the treatment of hepatic malignancies. Dr. Ryu graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Southern California, followed by a Vascular and Interventional Radiology fellowship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He joined the faculty of the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine where was appointed as the Diagnostic Radiology residency program director. Dr. Ryu is member of the American Medical Association, Association of University Radiologists, Radiological Society of North American and Society of Interventional Radiology.
