Scott A. Bohaboy

Biography

"Bohaboy joined the company in 2006 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility within the global finance function. He has served as vice president of finance supporting the U.S. Hospital Products business, vice president of global financial planning, vice president of finance for the company’s operations in Asia Pacific, vice president of finance for Baxter's international operations and most recently, corporate vice president leading Baxter’s treasury and investor relations functions. He also is the treasurer and member of the board of directors of the Baxter International Foundation. Prior to joining Baxter, he held senior finance positions at RR Donnelley & Sons, Sears Roebuck and Co., and KPMG. Bohaboy received his MBA, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois."
