Biography
Mr. Krempa joined Bemis in 1998 as Corporate Director of Tax and was promoted to Assistant Controller in 2007 and then to Vice President and Controller in 2011. Prior to joining Bemis Company, Mr. Krempa held tax positions at the public accounting firms of KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Krempa is a Certified Public Accountant and received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and his Master's of Science in taxation degree from DePaul University.
