Biography
Darren Ho is the program coordinator for the Directed and Research and Development (LDRD) Program. The program funds cutting edge “proof of principle” projects to determine the utility of new scientific ideas, hypotheses, technical concepts, experimental facilities and devices. Previously Darren worked on several technical projects with the Lab’s Environmental Health and Safety, Computational Research, and NERSC Divisions as a project control engineer. Prior to that, he filled a similar position with Bechtel National, Inc. at the Hanford Waste Treatment Plant-High Level Waste Facility in Richland, WA. Darren received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo. To read further about LBNL’s LDRD program
