Biography
Dr. Leong Chik Weng is the Founder of E-Lock Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and is currently its Chief Executive Officer. He was the Technical Director of Raychem Corporation, Menlo Park, California, USA and later joined Guidant Corporation, Santa Clara, USA as its Consultant.
