Biography
Chan Kum Ming joined ECnet in 2000 and is now the President of ECnet Limited and R Systems (Singapore) Private Limited. He has over 30 years of experience in IT management, project implementation and Business Development and is responsible for the overall P&L for the company. Chan has served in a number of portfolios in ECnet as Vice President and Director in areas of Business Development, IT Operations & Customer Services before he was promoted to President of ECnet in late 2011. Prior to ECnet, Chan served in diverse set of companies. He was a Senior Manager (IT Services) in a German company and Group Regional IT Manager with EAC (The East Asiatic Company). Chan received his 1st Class Honors majoring in Bachelor of Science Information Technology from the National University of Ireland and also holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communications from the Singapore Polytechnic.
