Biography
Ivan Tsang is the Director for IT and Customer Service (CS) in ECnet™ Limited. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s IT Infrastructure and he is also leading a team of customer service officers and technical consultants who provide frontline support to ECnet™ SCM solutions, Managed IT solutions as well as Data Centre Operation. With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Ivan has worked in both IT consulting and end-user IT environments. With his extensive knowledge on IT infrastructure, he has been providing best-of-breed support on ECnet™ Solution Platforms since year 2000. Ivan graduated with Diploma in Electronics and Communication from KTTI (IVE) in Hong Kong.
