Biography
EXPERIENCE: Aimee S. Weisner has been corporate vice president, general counsel, since 2011. Prior to joining the company, Weisner was the executive vice president, administration, and secretary at Advanced Medical Optics, Inc. (AMO), where she was responsible for legal, human resources, compliance and internal audit, and previously served as general counsel. Prior to that, Weisner served as vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary at Allergan. She also practiced in the corporate and securities group at the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Weisner currently serves as a board and audit committee member for Glaukos Corporation (NYSE: GKOS) and as a member of the board of the Orange County branch of the American Heart Association where she served as chair from 2015-2017. UNIVERSITY: She received a bachelor's degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton, and a juris doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
