Biography
Dr. Ranaweera is the co-founder and Managing Director of EntoGenex since its establishment in 2008. He started his professional career as a Veterinary Surgeon (University Of Ceylon). He has extensive experience in corporate development, having held senior positions in Wattie Group (NZ) and subsequently as a director of Cold Storage Group, Singapore.He also served as the Managing Director of Wattie Food Services Group with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand.Dr.Ranaweera has lived and worked in 10 countries in various capacities including lecturing at university, scientific research, corporate management, international business development, product innovation and development through the successful commercialisation.He holds a PhD in Veterinary Clinical Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge.
