Aidi Roslan Abu Bakar

Biography

 Mr. Aidi Roslan graduated from MARA Institute of Technology (UiTM) with an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy in 1986. He started his career in 1987 with Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting firm that exposed him to accounting, auditing and taxation of companies in multiple industries; private, public and multinational owned. He served Johor Corporation Group of companies from 1990 to 2002, where his involvement in the medical industry began. As the General Manager (Pharmaceutical) of Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor) Sdn Bhd, he was responsible in overseeing the operation of retail pharmacies, pharmaceutical trading, medical disposables and health products as well as central purchasing for hospital operations. During his employment with Johor Corporation Group, he also served as a director of various companies within the group in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. He was exposed to various businesses including franchises, plantations, property developments and financial services. He held an Investment Advisory License from Securities Commission Malaysia between 2000 and 2002. He was appointed as a director of Foresight Industries Sdn Bhd in 30th November 2005.
