Dr. Ir. Muhamad Zohadie Bardaie

Biography

 Professor Zohadie was awarded a Doctorate of Philosophy in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, USA in 1979. He retired as a professor in the Faculty of Engineering at University Putra Malaysia (UPM) on December 2006. While at UPM, he served as the Dean of the Engineering Faculty (1988-1993), Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Developmental Affairs (1993-1999) and the Vice Chancellor/President (2001-2005). He has produced more than 200 publications in the subjects of machinery and systems engineering, energy, engineering education and entrepreneurship & innovation. He is a registered professional engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He is a member of professional societies including the International Council on Systems Engineering, The New York Academy of Science and The Club of Bologna. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Perunding Bakti Sdn Bhd, an engineering consultancy company, and as a member of the board for Selangor Industrial University (UNISEL).
