Biography
Kheng joined idsMED in 2014 as Director – Training & Development, bringing with him, 30 years of learning & development, management consulting, and corporate management experience. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Managerial & Administrative Studies from the UK in the late-1970’s and later a Masters in Management Science. Over the years, Kheng had also obtained his TAE4010, a mandatory Certificate IV in Training & Assessment in Australia, and is also an accredited facilitator in the DiSC Behaviourial Profile assessment. Kheng has had a career spanning over 30 years, and across a number of countries, including the UK, Asia and Australia. Starting off as a Management Consultant with (then) Coopers & Lybrand in Singapore, Kheng went on to hold various corporate positions in the field of Training & Development with the likes of CSR Ltd (Australia), SingTel (Singapore), and IDS (Singapore).
