Biography
Damien Chua is the Chief Executive Officer of JD Resources Ltd and is a RMIT University Executive MBA. He is into Metal and mining business including Zinc, Zinc Alloy, Lead, Lead Alloy and Coal. He is not only a product supplier, but also a solution provider for price fixing, logistics and financing. Has presence in 8 Asia countries and one of the largest zinc alloy suppliers in South East Asia and is now entering the India market. He is responsible to put the metal to the market and ensuring capture and maintain leading market share. His company is the agent to Nyrstar AG, the world‟s largest zinc alloy producer, marketing partner to Hindustan Zinc Ltd (world‟s 2nd largest zinc producer) in 2012 and significantly increase HZL presence in South East Asia. He is the Asia Pacific Development Officer in JCI and is very active on international youth development project. He is also active in Malaysia‟s Penang state youth education program. His interests include reading, travelling, golf and scuba diving.
