FOUNDER of KCK & Associates. Graduated with an Honors Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Malaya in 1988. Chartered Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Certified Public Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Over 30 years of audit and commercial experience with both Big 4 and multinational organisations. Vast and extensive experience in a wide spectrum of corporate services such as tax planning, corporate finance, securities and commercial transactions, corporate reorganization and restructuring and other business advisory issues. Strong financial knowledge, keenly interested in the development of financial management and always quest for professional excellence.
