Biography

Occupation and Working Experience Began his career with KMPG in 1979 and retired as a partner of the firm after serving 36 years in the Audit and Consulting Divisions. Co-authored of the Corporate Governance Guide: Towards Boardroom Excellence 1st and 2nd Editions that were published by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia). Part of the Task Force set up by Bursa Malaysia that was responsible for the development of the Statement of Risk Management and Internal Control- Guidelines for Directors of Listed Issuers in 2012. Currently serving as a Director of Coalition for Business Integrity Bhd, a company limited by guarantee that advocates integrity and good governance in conducting business in Malaysia and raising the bar of corporate governance and integrity in the marketplace.
