Biography
Dr. Sathesh attained his primary qualification in medicine and dentistry from the University of Malaya and his postgraduate and specialist training in the United Kingdom. He has been working with the Ministry of Health of Malaysia in various units that included general practice, hospital based practice and specialist practice. He is currently the Head of Department of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Unit in Hospital Sultanah Nora Ismail Batu Pahat Johor. Dr Sathesh is the appointed Regional Advisor for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and also a member of the Faculty of Examiners for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He reviews articles for the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and his interests include trauma, cysts and tumours in the oral and maxillofacial region.
