Biography
Graduated in Accounting from the University of Canberra, Australia. Serves as the Director/Company Secretary of Malaco Leichhart. A Qualified Accountant and Company Secretary having had considerable experience in Directorial, Financial and Company Secretarial roles for 30 years with a number of listed and unlisted companies in the resource sector in Australia, South East Asia and Africa. Possess significant experience in Finance and Non- Executive roles in the resource sector. Fellow of Certified Practicing Accountants (“FCPA”) Fellow Member of Chartered Institute of Secretaries (“FCIS”)
