Biography
Mr. L.T. Hsu is the founder and chairman of Global Investment Holding Cp. Ltd (GIH). It is one of the oldest and largest investment firms in Taiwan. In addition to Financial Advisory Services, Asset Management and Direct investment, GIH is also the oldest and one of the largest venture capital firms in Taiwan. Prior to GIH Mr. Hsu served numerous key positions in Taiwanese government such as Minister of Finance, Minister of Economic Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister and Senior Advisor to the President. Mr. Hsu has rich experience with multinational firms; he served on the corporate advisory council of XL Insurance Corp, and is a member of the Bank of Nova Scotia’s Advisory council. Mr. Hsu earned his MPA degree from the Harvard University‘s Kennedy School of Public Administration. He was also awarded a Ph.D. of Law degree from the University of Victoria in Canada.
