Ms. Lim Be Be

Biography

Her responsibilities in Medi-Life are focused on product development and include liaison and consultation on client-request customized surgical drapes and gowns products, working with local and foreign manufacturers’ Research and Development teams, as well as assisting the Medi-Life Sales Team on technical product training, product specifications, workshops, product exhibitions and product promotions. Be Be commenced her career in medical care services as a professionally trained Operating Theatre Nurse (State Registered Nurse) in the United Kingdom having served at established major hospitals in London such as The Royal Free Hospital, Italian Hospital (London), London Whittington Hospital and Pantai Medical Centre (Malaysia), working with renowned surgeons in various specialized fields. Upon her return to Malaysia in 1986, she found employment with a German Surgical Instrument Manufacturer as a Project Coordinator. Within a year, she was promoted to Project Manager where she spearheaded the supply, equipping, delivery and commissioning of 39 brand-new Malaysian Hospitals nationwide. In 1999, Be Be henceforth joined a local surgical product trading company as a Product Manager where she spent the next 10 years taking charge of Medical Disposable Products and Surgical Instruments before moving to Medi-Life (M) Sdn. Bhd. In the course of her career thus far, Be Be has personally developed a very well-grounded foundation of operational, technical and marketing expertise. She has also attended numerous technical and selling skills courses both locally and overseas, which include Professional Selling Skills, Best Manufacturing Practices, Managerial Improvement Processes, AORN World Congresses, and also ongoing Product Training courses conducted by manufacturing principals locally and internationally.
