Biography
Mr. Stangler is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry and related research in mining geostatistics covering a range of commodities and mineral deposit types. In addition to resource geology, he has also been acting in the fields of exploration and mine geology. Mr. Stangler has completed technical due diligence studies, Resource-Reserve audits, and developed acquisition and investment projects at conceptual, pre-feasibility and feasibility study level. Mr. Stangler is a JORC Competent Person and as NI43-101 Qualified Person. Management expertise includes team management, project management, technical coordination and business development. Mr. Stangler has been working with Monument since February 2015 and prior for a diverse group of companies such as Vale, Anglo American, Snowden and Coffey, including operations and projects worldwide, especially in Brazil, Australia, Malaysia, Ghana, French Guiana, Bolivia, Mozambique and South Africa.
