Biography
Dr. Wong obtained his MD from Russia. Upon completion of his MD, he never stops attaining for more, continuous learning has been his life-long motto. He also has a MSc in Cerebrovascular Medicine, and a MAppSc in International Social Welfare and Health Policy. He had his postgraduate training in both Norway and Germany. He believes in quality and equitable healthcare for all. He constantly strives to offer his best to his patients.
