DR CHUAH KAY LEONG is the Senior Ophthalmologist and Qualified Fellow of The Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London in 1996. Pursued a clinical fellowship to sub-specialise in the areas of the Cornea, External Eye Diseases and Refractive Surgery in the Department of Ophthalmology, University of Toronto, Canada in 1998.
