Samuel Tee Yeow Teh

Biography

Dr. Tee completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the Loma Linda University California, USA. Thereafter, he commenced his professional career as a general dentist at the Penang Adventist Hospital. He served as the division head for the dental department from the year 2003 to 2009. During his appointment, he had been instrumental in leading the department to become the most comprehensive private dental facility in northern Malaysia. Dr Tee obtained his professional certificate in Endodontic, and subsequently the Master of Science in Dentistry in Endodontic from his alma mater. Dr Tee is a board eligible candidate of the America Board of Endodontics (ABE) and is well trained in both micro-endodontic surgical and non- surgical procedures. He is enthusiastic about providing the most up to date and state of the art evidence based endodontic therapy. Under the mentorship of Drs. Leif K. Bakland and Mahmoud Torabinejad, he has been actively involved in research and was invited to present his research projects at the California Dental Association (CDA) and the Southern California Academy of Endodontics (SCAE). He was a practicing endodontist in southern California before returning to Malaysia and enjoys doing charitable dental services. Dr Tee is a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), Malaysian Dental Association (MDA), the Malaysian Endodontic Society (MES) and the National association of the Seventh-day Adventist Dentist.
